Condensate Polishing Demineralization

Description

The steam generated in boiler is condensed through the place using the steam, supplied with the feed water to the boiler again. This water is called the condensed water(or condensate). It is contaminated by intermixing of impurities produced in the process during the circulation of condensate, or of erosive products from structural materials, and by the cooling water leakage of condensate loop system etc.. therefore, if the condensate is supplied to boiler, the treatment of condensate is necessary, and so this is called the Condensating Polishing Demineralization system.

Especially, the more advanced pure-water quality is requested in the boiler of high-pressure and large capacity lately, because of complication of operation with the high efficiency boiler and materials of its auxiliary according to the ascension of steam generation condition.
